Kolaches

Kolaches are a traditional Czechoslovakian pastry made of light, sweet dough filled with a variety of sweet and savory ingredients. Kolaches are popular wherever large groups of immigrants settled where they were influenced by local preferences and ingredients. In parts of the Midwest and Texas, kolaches are a way of life with recipes handed down for generations. Our kolaches are "Texas-style" with a unique Oregon flair. We change our selection daily and post the menu on Facebook and Twitter so you can be sure to come in when your favorite is featured. Our kolaches are hand rolled and prepared fresh daily in small batches.

Chaos Kolaches invites you to our fun and quirky store where you can enjoy your kolaches on the patio or comfortable indoor seating while reading a magazine or using our free Wi-Fi. We have a quiet area for children where mom's can meet for coffee while their little ones play. We have a full coffee and espresso bar to compliment your kolache choice.

Kolaches are a perfect treat to feature at meetings or special events. WE DELIVER! Call us the day before you need an order of three dozen or more and we will have them to you fresh the next day. See our 'catering' section for more information.

Chaos Kolaches is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon.
